Dinner With Grandpa and Emilie

Michael's Grandpa and Emilie are visiting from Arizona; we had invited them to come over for some dinner. Emilee is vegetarian so we were trying to think of something yummy that she could enjoy also. So we decided to make Cheese manicotti, Green Salad and garlic bread. It was delicious. We had a really nice visit with them and we learned alot about Denmark from Emilee. She was reminiscing about Denmark and her childhood. It was really fun and very interesting. While talking to them it appears they don't have a minutes rest. Since they have been here they have constantly been on the go. I guess that happens when there are so many family members to see and visit. They stayed for a good 3 or so hours and then they decided they were tuckered out and that it was time to go back to their motorhome. We had a really nice visit with them and enjoyed the time we got to spend with them. We need to be more diligent in having them over while they are up in Utah. It's always so much fun spending time with our families. :)
