Happy Anniversary

This year we celebrated our 8th anniversary at The Anniversary Inn. We stayed in the African Safari room. It was such a fun room that made you feel as if you were actually sleeping and living in the jungle. We were lucky enough to share the room with an alligator and an elephant. The elephant was kind enough to shower us with water from his trunk in the morning.

We had a really fun evening filled with a yummy dinner from the spaghetti factory. I had Chicken Parmesan and it was sooooo YUMMY! Michael lived on the edge and tried something different he had the Spaghetti Vesuvius and he said it was delicious!

After a yummy dinner we went to Temple Square and walked around and looked at the lights. It was so cold but yet so much fun. Nothing more fun than walking around temple square looking at the lights and having it snow. Hearing all the beautiful choirs and seeing all the happy faces walking around and enjoying the night. It was so fun to see all of the different nativities set up from all over the world. The only thing that could have made this better would be a nice big mug of Stephen's Cinnamon hot Chocolate with marshmallows! YUM!

I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my anniversary. We had such an enjoyable time and we just thought to ourselves - here is to another year! We are just looking forward to what this new year together will bring us!
